Responsibilities
Before issuing your reservation, it is your responsibility to read the fine print
associated with your desired product including; but not limited to, the following
sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes,
Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you
herein state that you have read and fully understood the content of all fine print
and will waive the right to dispute against any part of it after your purchase.
Reservation and E-Tickets Processor
1. Immediately, after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of
Reservation by email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation
you will receive a confirmation email from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you
via email between two or three business days and it can be less before your departure
date. It will provide you with
- Detail information about your tour.
- Contact information
for local tour provider is also indicated on E-Ticket for your convenience and reconfirmation
purpose.
4. Simply, print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID
on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your
proof of purchase.
Privacy and Data Collection
Joyful Tour the sole owner of the information collected on this site, will not sell,
share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this
policy. Joyfultours.com collects information from our users at several different
points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with
pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing
address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as credit
card. Joyfultours.com also requires you to submit a user name and password of your
choice for future access to your information. Your user name and password is to
remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone. Joyful
Tour information practices are further described in its Privacy and Security Policy.

breach of your privacy or publicity rights
Chargeback TOP
you hereby waive any objection you may have to. JoyfulTours.com use
of electronic records with; Discover, MasterCard, VISA, American Express or banks
that issued credit cards should it be necessary for Joyful Tour to respond to a
chargeback. You agree that JoyfulTours.com does business electronically by email,
so email is accepted as the form of delivery of the services provided by Joyful
Tour. You are not ordering tickets to be delivered in person or by mail, so you
agree to accept email as the form of delivery and instructs Discover, MasterCard,
VISA, American Express and banks that issue credit cards that email delivery constitutes
delivery of services in this transaction. You agree not to dispute a credit card
charge on the basis of services not rendered if Joyful Tour can prove that the E-Ticket
was sent by email (by providing electronic proof that the E-Ticket was sent at a
specific date and time as recorded by Joyful Tour computer system); by fax (by providing
a copy of the transmission record showing the fax was successfully sent to the fax
number provided); by mail (by providing a signed statement by the person who deposited
the E-Ticket in the United States Postal Service). You agree that you will not dispute
any charge improperly. This includes filing charge backs claiming fraud if you claim
the name of Joyful Tour was not recognized by you. In the event you file a chargeback
improperly, you agree to provide a written statement to the credit card company
confirming the charge is correct and should be paid and agree to send a faxed copy
of this letter to Joyful Tour, Attention: Chargeback, In the event legal action
is necessary for by Joyful Tour to collect money taken away from Joyful Tour through
a chargeback or to collect the Chargeback Fee, you agree to pay Joyful Tour legal
expenses if Joyful Tour wins the lawsuit
